A1. You can cancel the order yourself on the account page before shipping begins.
Please send us an email (To:contact@toutyest.kr) after delivery has started.
In this case, you will get a refund after deducting $60 for shipping fee. Q2. Can I change the payment method?

A2. We are unable to change the payment method once they have processed through our system.
If you wish to change, please place a new order.Q3. What payment methods do you accept?

A3. We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payments methods such as PayPal.
During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.

DUTIES & TAXESQ1. Do I need to pay duties & taxes?

A1. Shipping is DDU (delivered duty unpaid) for all the countries that require custom taxes.
Please check with your local customs agency for details. Q2. What happens if I refuse to pay the tax?

A2. We’d like to inform you that we do not take responsibility for the packages that are returned due to customs failure or refusal to pay duties.
Please kindly note that all related fees such as shipping fee and duties & tax will be entitled to be deducted from your return value.

SHIPPINGQ1. How much will it cost to ship to my country/location?

A1. It costs USD 30 by DHL and you can enjoy free shipping for order over USD 300. Q2. How long does it take to deliver to my country/location?

A2. Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days.
This time could vary due to the custom clearance process of your carrier.
You are invited to follow the status of delivery by using the tracking number provided once your order is processed.

RETURNS & REFUNDSQ1. How can I return an item?

A1. You can request a return by sending an email within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.
The cost is USD 60 and it will be deducted from your refund. Q2. I received a damaged item

A2. We’re very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.

A3. Once we have received your return, a refund will be credited to the credit card of the original payment.
